Artistic Director Jacqueline Colledge reanimates Shakespeare's famously funny tale into a masterpiece that's at once seductive and silly, romantic and rollicking.  Set to Mendelssohn's enchanting score, this tale of young love gone awry will delight all audiences.

Based on the traditional Brothers Grimm story, this spellbinding ballet promises to entertain and dazzle the whole family.Join us for the world premiere with choreography by Jacqueline Colledge, original score by Silvio Amato and scenic design by Cassandra Barney. 


Choreography Design Competition

Utah Valley University Ragan Theater

Choreography Design Competition is designed to give talented dance professionals and students a forum for cultivating the art of choreography and is an example of Utah Regional Ballet (URB)’s commitment to mentoring and developing professional artists. Because the proposed NEW works can be classical or contemporary, there is always a wide variety of styles presented and performed.
